This site provides interactive visualizations of de-identified, individual-level proteomics data derived from patient samples, generated in support of a glioblastoma (GBM) research study by the Ben & Catherine Ivy Center for Advanced Brain Tumor Treatment at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute. The data have been processed such that individuals cannot be identified from the data alone.
Access requires registration and acceptance of the Data Use Agreement below.
Data Use Agreement
By registering, you agree that:
- No re-identification. You will not attempt to identify, or take any step toward identifying, any individual from whom the data were derived — including by combining or linking this data with any other dataset or information source.
- No redistribution. You will not share, republish, sell, or otherwise redistribute the underlying datasets to any third party. If you wish to point others to the data, link to this site so they may register and agree to these terms themselves.
- Permitted use. You may use the data and visualizations for research, educational, and manuscript-review purposes, including reproducing figures in scholarly works with citation.
- Data ownership. The data remain the property of Providence. No ownership or license beyond the limited use above is granted by access to this site.
- No warranty. The data and visualizations are provided “as is,” for research purposes only, without warranty of any kind. They are not intended for clinical or diagnostic use.
- Acceptance record. Your name, email address, affiliation, IP address, and the date and time of your acceptance will be recorded and retained as a record of this agreement.
- Termination. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including for violation of these terms.
